Handel Earns Player Of The Week Honors

Middlebury College women's volleyball player Jane Handel (Evanston, Ill.) has been named the NESCAC Player of the Week. The junior earned All-Tournament Team honors at the Endicott Tournament over the weekend as she helped her Panther squad go 3-1.

Handel averaged 3.0 kills and 4.5 digs per set with a hitting percentage of .246. In a 3-2 setback to host Endicott, Handel had 15 kills, 26 digs, and three blocks. She posted 11 kills, 23 digs, and four aces in a 3-0 victory over Bowdoin.
