The Middlebury College women’s tennis was in action at Lehigh over the weekend with some round-robin scheduling. The Panthers played singles and doubles play against Farleigh Dickson and Marist, while taking on Lehigh in doubles action.
First-year player Whitney Hanson (Wayne, Pa.) and sophomore Annie Weinberg (Greenwich, Conn.) were both singles winners against Farleigh Dickinson, while Hanson and senior Claire Smyser (Houston, Texas) won singles contests against Marist.
In doubles play, Smyser and sophomore Jamie Haar (Alpine, N.J.) along with Hanson and senior Amy Berkman (Shelburne, Vt.) both earned wins against Lehigh, while Berkman/Hanson defeated Marist.
