Raunecker enters her 15th season as head women's volleyball coach, after serving as assistant coach in the team's inaugural season. She owns a career record of 244-155 over her 14 seasons.

In '98, Raunecker led the team to the most wins in school history (26) and its first NCAA Tournament appearance. The previous season, she was named the NESCAC coach of the year after leading the Panthers to their first NESCAC title.

Raunecker graduated from Middlebury College in 1992 with a degree in environmental biology. While at Middlebury, she played on the women's varsity basketball team, serving as the team's captain her senior year. During her final season, Raunecker led the team to the ECAC Championship and was named the tournament's most valuable player. She also holds Middlebury College records for best free throw percentage in a season and in a career.
