Women's Basketball Falls To Wash. U

11/26/05 - Middlebury fell 90-52 at the McWilliams Classic to Washington University, a pre-season top 15 team which has won four NCAA titles. Following their loss to the host school, the Panthers will return to action on Sunday afternoon in the consolation game.

Middlebury shot just 30 percent from the floor, while Washington Unversity hit on 50 percent of its shots, including 7 of 14 from three-point range. Katie Fisher led the Panthers with nine points on the afternoon, while Lacey Hebert and Katie Fehsenfeld chipped in with seven points apiece.
