Women's Hoops With Comeback Win Over Springfield

Middlebury won its second straight game at the Williams Tournament as the Panthers earned a come-from-behind victory over Springfield, 61-58. Middlebury closed the game on a 13-2 run, after trailing 56-48. Emily Johnson hit back-to-back three's down the stretch, before Ashley Barron came up with a big steal in the final minute. The theft led to a hoop by Lauren Sanchez that put the Panthers up 59-58.

Johnson ended the game with 19 points and four steals, Brittany Perfetti scored 10, while Kaitlin Fallon had eight points and eight rebounds. Barron scored seven with five steals and four assists.
