Women's Basketball Opens With Loss To TCNJ

Middlebury opened up its season with a 65-47 loss to The College of N.J. at the Stevens Tournament in N.J. The Panthers led 27-26 at the half, but could not hold on as the Lions out-scored Middlebury 39-20 in the second session.

Emily Johnson led the Panthers with 11 points, while Kaitlyn Fallon scored 10 on 5 of 10 shooting from the floor. Allison Needham has a team-high seven rebounds, while Roz Vara pulled down six.
