Women's Basketball Falls At Keene State

Middlebury struggled from the floor (.279) as Keene State made 12 of 19 (.632) from three-point range to earn an 82-48 win over the Panthers (9-8). The Owls (12-6) shot .483 from the floor on the night, as both teams turned the ball over 24 times.
Middlebury trailed 11-8 in the first half, before going ice-cold from the floor, entering the intermission with a 49-16 deficit. Things didn't improve in the second half as the Panthers trailed by as many as 47 before battling back in the final five minutes of the contest to make it an 82-48 final.
Lauryn Sanchez led the team with 12 points, followed by Maddie Moreau with nine and Alana Wall, who scored eight. Keene's Kristin Degou led all scorers with 21 points and seven boards.
