McNally Earns All-American Honors For The Second Time

Middlebury College women's hockey player Anna McNally (St. Paul, Minn.) has been named a second-team All-American by the AHCA (American Hockey Coaches Association). The junior is a two-time All-NESCAC selection, earning rookie of the year honors in '08. She helped lead her team to a 16-7-3 record this season, with a trip to the NESCAC semifinals.

McNally earns a spot on the second-team for the second time, previously earning the honor during her rookie season. She led the team and NESCAC in scoring this season with 16 goals and 21 assists for 37 points. Her .62 goals/game placed her second in the league, while her 21 assists tied her for second. She also paced the NESCAC and team with seven power play goals this season. McNally had six multiple goal games this season, including a pair in a NESCAC Quarterfinal win over Hamilton. She dished out three assists along with two goals earlier this season in a win over Colby.

McNally now owns 45 goals and 50 assists for 95 points in 71 career games.
