Fluke Earns NESCAC Player Of The Week Honors

Middlebury College women’s hockey player Emily Fluke (Marshfield, Mass.) has been named the NESCAC Player of the Week. She is the second-straight Panther to be honored after Annabelle Jones earned the award last week. Fluke scored three goals for Middlebury in a pair of road wins against Hamilton. On Friday night, she scored a power play goal as the Panthers earned a 3-0 win. Saturday, Fluke gave her team a 1-0 lead with a power play tally, before scoring the game-winner just 17 seconds into overtime in a 3-2 victory.

Fluke now leads the team in points with 20 on nine goals and 11 assists. The Panthers will host Utica on Tuesday at 7:00, before serving as the home squad for Connecticut College on Friday night at 7:00 and Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
