Ireland joins the coaching staff in ’11-’12 after enjoying a four-year career as a member of the team. The captain of the Panthers during her senior year, Ireland’s teams earned a combined record of 78-13-8. She made three NCAA Tournament appearances, twice advanced to the Frozen Four, while winning a pair of NESCAC titles.

During her senior season, Ireland earned second-team All-NESCAC honors. She finished the season third on the team with 21 points, coming on a dozen goals and nine assists. During a 6-0 win at Wesleyan on January 28^th, Ireland potted four goals in the victory.

Ireland graduated in May of ‘11 from Middlebury with degrees in English/American Literatures and history.
