Middlebury scored four second half goals on its way to a 6-0 shutout victory over Connecticut College on Dragone Field. The Panthers used two goals apiece from Annie Rowell and Amy Schlueter in the victory.

Rowell opened the scoring 8:21 into the game, finishing off a corner kick with a quick shot to the upper right corner after the ball was not cleared from the goal area. Schlueter made it a 2-0 game at 29:20 with a header after a quick flick from Annie Ford. The Camels had a great chance to score late in the half, but Jacqui Durand's free kick was denied by Lauryn Torch, who deflected the shot over the crossbar.

Leading 2-0 at the intermission, the Panthers kept coming in the second half with four more tallies. Ford scored 6:36 into the half with a great header goal off a corner from Margaret Owen. Rowell scored her team-leading seventh goal of the season in the 60th minute, carrying the ball in from the right wing before finding the back of the net.

Schlueter made it a 5-0 game with a rocket into the far post for her fifth of the year. Caroline Downer wrapped up the scoring with the first of her career, working a nice give-and-go play with Devin Perkins.

Torch ended the game with three saves for her fifth shutout of the season, while Jenna Ross made 11 stops for the Camels.
