"B" team

Middlebury’s soccer program is comprised of two teams, the Varsity and junior varsity, or B Team. The B Team rosters approximately 18-20 players, trains daily throughout the fall, and competes in its own schedule against local college programs.

In addition to playing its own schedule, the team serves as a feeder program for the varsity team.  Players on the B Team may be called up to the varsity team at any time during the season

Tryouts for the squad will begin on the first day of classes each year, at 4:30pm on the Women’s Soccer Practice Field (next to the rugby field and football stadium).  Players interested in competing for a spot on the team must complete the following forms:

Note, all incoming athletes are required to have had a physical examination within 6 months of the start of classes.
