Women's Squash Edges Williams 5-4 To Take Third At NESCAC's

The Middlebury women's squash team finished in third place overall at the NESCAC Tournament with a thrilling 5-4 victory over Williams at Hamilton. The team improved to 8-7 with the victory and will return to action at the singles nationals taking place from February 6-9.

Abby Jenkins came from a game down to earn a 3-1 victory at #1, while Charlotte Dewey earned a 3-0 win in the second slot. The Panthers also earned wins at #5, #6 and #7 on the afternoon. Saskia Pownall-Gray trailed 2-0 before battling back for a 3-2 win. Zoe Carey swept three games in her match, while Katie Dewey came from a game down for the 3-1 victory.
