The link below is to a new tool provided by the AMSSM called the Sports Medicine SelfCareNavigator. It gives good information, management and appropriate action for several conditions. Including when to go straight to the emergency room verses a visit to the doctors office and self care tips.

The Sports Medicine Department along with baseball pitcher Jack Britton have put together an instructional shoulder rehabilitation and strengthening exercise video. The exercises start from easy up to advanced and all equipment used can be found in the fitness center.
