Cota joined the athletics staff at Middlebury in the fall of 2005 as the Assistant to the Director. She previously worked as an assistant to the Director of Advertising at the Burlington Free Press. Holding a bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire in '01, Cota has also worked for the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
