Asst. Men's Basketball Coach
Dudley joined the coaching staff in ‘13, after two years of coaching high school basketball as an assistant varsity coach and head middle school coach at the Dwight School in New York City. Dudley also was head coach of a ninth grade team at the Church of the Intercession that participated in AAU Basketball leagues in New York City. Prior to his coaching, Dudley worked for the New Jersey Nets in their sales department.
The Scarsdale, New York native, graduated from Middlebury in ’09, receiving a bachelor of arts degree with a joint major of History and Film & Media Culture. He was a four-year member of the basketball team, starting all 28 games and ranking second on the team in scoring when they won their first NESCAC title in ’09. Dudley also started 10 games in his junior season and averaged 7.2 points per game for a team that made its first NCAA appearance.
His senior year he was named to the All-NESCAC Sportsmanship team and received the John M. McCardell Public Service Award for his inspirational involvement in coaching the Addison County Special Olympics basketball team. Prior to his arrival to Middlebury College, Dudley was a two-time All-League basketball player at Scarsdale High School.
