Now in his third season, Graddock joined the coaching staff after playing professional hockey for the previous two seasons. The ’09 Middlebury graduate earned his degree in economics, while playing four years of hockey for the Panthers.

During his four years with the team, the Panthers earned an 83-24-8 (.757) mark, winning the NCAA Championship during his rookie season. The team advanced to the NCAA Finals during his sophomore season, after winning back-to-back NESCAC Championships. In his final two years at Middlebury, the Panthers advanced to the NESCAC title game, with Graddock serving as team captain as a senior. He ended his career with 25 goals and 19 assists for 44 points in 108 games played.

After graduation, Graddock played professionally in Sweden for two seasons, including a stint in the ECHL and a three-game tryout in the AHL with the Norfolk Admirals. He earned some coaching experience in Sweden as well, working with the Arboga midget hockey team in ’09-’10.

Graddock was also a member of the men’s tennis team during two fall seasons at Middlebury, serving as the head coach at his alma mater - Stowe High School last season.
