Cray has been an assistant athletic trainer since 1992 and was promoted to Associate Athletic Trainer in 2001. He later was named Associate Director of Sports Medicine in 2013.

Originally from New Jersey, Cray came to Middlebury following his graduation from Castleton State College, where he majored in Athletic Training. Cray’s primary responsibilities include football, men basketball and men’s lacrosse.
