Through weekly discussions, on- and off-campus lectures, conferences, domonstrations, cultural enrichment performances, pow-wows, dinners, community service projects and volunteer work, VIP uses every venue and resource available to really explore the culture, issues and lives of indigenous communities around the world. Additionally, VIP works to expand Middlebury College's promotion of diversity and cultural awareness by working in collaboration with various student clubs and organizations, academic departments, faculty and staff, and nearby colleges and universities to insure that the voices of indigenous people are heard. Most of all, we let our enthusiasm and our curiosity about all things Native guide us in our activities. So if indigenous people are your passion, or if you just want to learn more about Native issues or Native life, than Voices of Indigenous People is right for you. Join the Tribe.
