Student groups automatically receive an email address and may request a website by submitting a “Middlebury College Agreement Statement for Responsible Computing.” Forms may be found in CCAL and should be submitted to JJ Boggs. ITS will contact the student contact person with the website URL. Email information is sent to student groups after Student Organization Registration .
CCAL will not generally send all-campus emails for student groups. Also, student organizations are prohibited from sending all-student, all-faculty and all-staff emails for personal use or for the use of the group. Occasionally CCAL will send an announcement to clarify an error in the weekly calendar or to make an announcement for the student body.
