        Spring Barbecue at Will and Deb's

o       Make a tradition

o       Will require $ from council for food

o       Import real barbecue instead of catering

§         Mountain Biking competition in Pennsylvania

§         Requested $150 for cost of transportation

§         Agreed to help get people together who have to give up passions at Middlebury due to workload and lack of time and resources

o       Jenny Kurland trip to Camp Sunshine in Maine

§         Organization run on donations and volunteers

§         15 volunteers agreed for March 3-5, April 7-9

§         Requested $600 for transportation costs (includes both trips)

§         Commons to receive possible publicity as a result of sponsorship

o       ISO Symposium – The Changing Face of Tibet

§         Requested $220, request rejected by council

o       Active Minds Symposium

§         Requested $320, approved for $150 by council

        Open Door Clinic Fundraiser – Midd "quick and easy" cookbook

o       Clinic for those in town who do not have medical insurance – clinic having financial difficulty

o       In process of creating website to submit recipes for cookbook

o       To include poetry, prose, artwork from students

o       Estimated cost: $5 per book

        Wonnacott Team for Relay for Life

o       Shannon to organize – looking for someone to help her with organization
