o You can become a member of the Wonnacott team! We are now accepting applications for an MCAB-Commons liaison. This simple application process will offer you the opportunity to become an integral player in the Middlebury social scene. Plus, you'll have our undying love and devotion, which is always nice. Please see attached document for more information.
o Find out what non-profits there are in Middlebury! Join us for United Way"Days of Caring" this Saturday in town. Join the community in working for a non-profit of your choice on Saturday from 9-3 or any portion of that and be rewarded with ice cream at the end of the day! If you are interested in volunteering some of your time, please call United Wayat 388-7189 so that they can set you up with a non-profit organization. o Join us for our first Open Wonnacott Commons meetingof the year! You provide us with your ideas and company, and we'll provide you with snacks and a good time! More details in next week's Wonnacott Word.
o Don't forget! The Middlebury Activities Fair is this Thursday from6:30to8pm. Go to learn about every possible student activity Middlebury has to offer.
v FYI:During the first week of September, Wonnacott donated over $125 in supplies to support the relief efforts for victims of Hurricane Katrina.
v ATTENTION, Freshmen and New Wonnacotters! Will and Deb cordially invite you to their house, Friday, September 23, from 5 to 7pm for some good ol' home cookin'(or at least a house to eat in). Get to know each other and your friendly faculty heads better. A cider press will be in action (for real). See you at 115 Franklin St.!
