• "I have a great idea.  How can I make it happen?"

    Wonnacott Commons
has various sources of funding available to support our community's interesting, creative ideas for events and activities. So consider using these three resources listed below as you think about events you'd like to see take place.  These could range from very small to quite large scale.  How do you determine who to ask for assistance?  The first step is to make some connections. Talk to your Commons Council Chairs: Nick DeSantis, Lindsey Seldin, and Devin Wardell. Contact the faculty heads, particularly if your idea involves intellectual programming or work with any academic department.  If you're thinking of an event or activity that might better serve the broader Middlebury community, your next step may be the Inter-Commons Council.  You'll find that we all work together and will frequently pool our financial and imaginative resources to get things done.

One other note:  Wonnacott offers a unique funding resource to residents, the WonnaGrant, to support individual projects.  For more information on how to obtain a WonnaGrant and examples of past awards, look under "Commons Council," below.
