The Commons Council administers a budget that supports student-initiated programming. For questions about Commons Council support, contact Emily Nelson or Alicia Taylor, this fall's Commons Council Chairs. They will be able to answer your questions directly or connect you with the right person.
The Wonnacott Commons Council devotes a portion of its budget to "WONNAGRANTS"—a modest funding program designed to support student initiative in a variety of spheres. Based upon the concept of the Senior Work Fund (which is administered through the Secretary of the College), but open to all classes of residents of Wonnacott Commons, WonnaGrants seeks to assist students who need help funding independent activities and projects that normally would not be funded fully, or at all, by a department or student organization. Wonnagrants may be used to sponsor activities and projects for any time of year, including the summer and January term. Funding for summer projects is awarded to returning students only.
