The purpose of this working group is to have faculty leaders work with the Office for Institutional Planning & Diversity as we push forward on major diversity initiatives at the college. This important work can only be accomplished with the help of faculty allies and leaders as we attempt to enrich our faculty, curriculum, academic program and community in general. As you can see from this list, we have a fantastic group of individuals who can provide expertise and experience in a variety of areas. Most importantly, it is my wish that this team become a major force on campus to mobilize our administrators, faculty and staff as we move forward on institutional changes and initiatives in the area of diversity.
