Congratulations on your admission to Middlebury College! International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) provides you with the documents necessary to apply for your U.S. F-1 (student) visa and coordinates Early Arrival for international students and U.S. students from abroad.

In addition to the international student population, ISSS also supports U.S. students who live abroad. U.S. students from abroad are invited to participate in Early Arrival and other ISSS sponsored events throughout the academic year.

Students who wish to transfer their I-20 and F-1 status from a U.S. high school must also complete the SEVIS Transfer Form.
   
The I-20 Mailing (mailed in May/June for September entrants,  November for Feb entrants) includes:

Instructions on how to apply for an F-1 visa
(or, for Canadians, Instructions on entering in F-1 status)
