The I-20 is the immigration document you need in order to apply for your F-1 student visa. Please see below the information required to apply for an I-20 from Middlebury College. These documents are included in the March mailing to newly admitted students.

I-20 Application Form
This form must be completed and submitted with the required financial documents to obtain an I-20 from Middlebury College.
SEVIS Transfer Form
This form is for international students transferring their SEVIS record from another U.S. educational institution to Middlebury College. You should only use this form if you are completing your studies in the Spring of 2008, and plan to enroll at Middlebury in the Fall of 2008. You will need to print and sign the SEVIS Transfer Form and submit it to the International Student Adviser at your current institution. Once the transfer is complete, we will issue a Middlebury College I-20 or DS-2019 for you
