If you wish to order rental regalia, please complete and return this form to the College Store by April 25. Outfits will be available for pick-up at the College Store starting May 21st. Outfits must be returned to the College Store by May 26th Failure to return regalia items on time may result in a late charge.

The College will pay the rental fee for caps, gowns, and hoods for those members of the faculty who are untenured.
In the hope of making it easier for faculty to buy their own gowns, we are happy to offer a loan program for the purchase of academic regalia. If you purchase your gown through the College Store, we will pay the initial cost and deduct the purchase price at a rate of $10 per paycheck until the gown is paid for. This program is open to all faculty, tenured or untenured, and does not change our policy regarding the rental of academic gowns. Please contact the College Store x5334 for further instructions.
