Welcome Class of 2013 and FAMILIES!
Life at Middlebury is characterized by a breadth of inquiry that extends from classroom to dining hall to dorm room. The College is a place where students learn by doing, and where the liberal arts take on a global reach through study and through engagement with the world beyond the Middlebury campus. First-year orientation serves as a bridge, linking students’ experiences before their arrival at Middlebury to the community in which they will now play a vital role. To this end, Orientation incorporates a wide-range of programs and experiences intended to introduce students to each other, as well as to the culture and rich academic landscape of Middlebury College.
PLEASE NOTE: ORIENTATION WILL START ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2009. First year students will be able to move in to their rooms starting at 9:00am on Tuesday, September 1. Orientation programs will start later that afternoon.
Between now and September we will update this site with additional information as it becomes available.
