consider setting up an appointment with a personal counselor in the
Center for Counseling and Human Relations, Centeno House, x5141.

1. Missing more than two classes in a row other than for medical illness.

2. Handing more than two assignments in late.

3. Reluctance to ask questions in class or to see a professor during office hours.

4. On-going confusion about syllabus and/or professor expectations.

5. Low mood or depression for more than 10 days that interferes with your ability to concentrate or feel motivated to do work or go out with friends. This can also include excessive sleeping, difficulty staying asleep and/or low appetite.

6. On-going discomfort and/or conflict with roommate, hallmates or the College and or Vermont atmosphere.

7. Unresolved personal/family issues which interfere with your academic success and well-being.

8. On-going thoughts about dropping out or transferring.

9. Worries about self worth, lovability and finances.

10. Wish to talk with someone confidentially.
