Evacuation Planning for International Students
The College recognizes that international students are far from home, and that the planning process may be complicated. Visa requirements, transportation and finances are all additional factors that need to be considered, and the College is interested in assisting you with your planning process. It is essential that you develop a plan as soon as possible, knowing that your plan can change over time. Traveling home may not be possible on short notice, so it is important to prepare a location where you could reside until you were able to get back to your home country. Your family may know relatives or friends in the United States that could help you in the short term, or there may be fellow students who would allow you to stay with them temporarily.
