Entering your personal Pandemic Evacuation Plan:
Log on to BannerWeb (click at the bottom of Middlebury’s home page and enter your User ID and PIN number), and select Personal Information. The link: http://go.middlebury.edu/bw .
Find and select the option, Personal Evacuation Plan and answer the questions two times to complete the process. You will need to enter two different evacuation locations, and ideally one of the locations would be within a four- or five-hour drive of Middlebury. You will be able to log on to view or update your plan at any time in the future.
