Evaluation and individual counseling is available to all students free of cost. Also, supportive counseling is available to students who are friends or loved ones of a person with an eating disorder.
2. Parton Health Center,Carr Hall, Ext. 5135
Parton Health Center is open 24 hours per day and is staffed by medical personnel who are available to provide evaluations and medical treatment.
3. Nutritionist, Hepburn Hall, Ext. 5141
Students have the opportunity to work with a nutritionist on an individual basis regarding concerns about food, diet, and nutrition.
4. Sports Medicine Department,
Memorial Field House Ext. 5259
The services of the Sports Medicine Department are available to all intercollegiate athletes and members of the crew and rugby club teams by appointment from 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. when school is in session. The personnel from the Sports Medicine Department are available to provide assessment and treatment of sports related injuries for these student athletes. Students who do not meet these guidelines are encouraged to contact the Parton Health Center.
5. Office of Health and Wellness Education, Carr Hall, Ext. 5141
The College Health Educator is available to provide individual educational sessions regarding the topics of compulsive eating, eating disorders, etc. The Health Educator is also available to provide educational programs to groups on campus and training sessions for other professionals on campus.
6. Support Group, Food, Eating and Body Image Concerns

7. Private Practitioners - For those interested in working with a private counselor, psychotherapist, mental health counselor, psychologist, social worker or psychiatrist, several options exist in the Middlebury area. Call Ext. 5141 for more information and/or a referral. Fees for private practitioners vary.
8. Overeaters Anonymous
A 12-step, self help group which meets in Middlebury. Call Ext. 5141 for more information.
