Original, ongoing research is at the heart of the Institute for the Advancement of Hebrew. Our in-house as well as external research partners are working together on varied, goal-oriented projects exploring methodologies and practices that will innovate the way in which we teach Hebrew.

As new research is founded, researchers will also benefit from the Institute for the Advancement of Hebrew’s educational outlets. Researchers will develop and test new pedagogy at the School of Hebrew summer program and graduate curriculum, and assess results through performance data across the Institute for the Advancement of Hebrew’s educational programs.

This constant evolution will help to foster an environment of learning for students, educators, and researchers alike, and will serve to both motivate and connect all who are involved in Hebrew language education.
