Oliver Carling holds an M.A. in philosophy from Harvard University and a B.A. from the University of Vermont. He attended the Middlebury Russian School in 1989 and 1990. Before coming to the Arabic School, Oliver was a lecturer in philosophy at the University of Vermont. During the academic year, he plans for the summer session and works on his Arabic at the Vermont campus.
