Paul works closely with the creative director, writers, and campus partners to develop concepts and execute design solutions for Middlebury communications. Well-versed in disciplines from print and wayfinding to identity systems and interactive, his efforts support Middlebury College and its graduate schools—from recruitment to alumni.

Paul is the lead designer on the Middlebury Institute of International Studies flagship publication Communique—hiring illustrators and photographers from around the globe. His knowledge of print and paper makes him an invaluable partner for our print buyers. Paul is also a talented portrait photographer and his contributions can be regularly seen in the award-winning Middlebury Magazine and in other Middlebury publications.

He graduated in 1995 from Castleton State as a journalism major and made the switch to design and photography in the late 1990s. He cheers for Liverpool FC and its manager, Jurgen Kloop.
