One function of the Office of Planning and Assessment is to develop and implement planning principles for the College, and to promote the use of information in planning and strategic decision making. We work to facilitate and coordinate planning efforts within and across the College’s programs and evaluate our success in implementing those plans.
In 2011, a comprehensive self study of the institution was conducted for the College’s reaccreditation review. This report included descriptions and evaluations of all of the College’s programs, and included plans for enhancing and improving the education we provide. The process culminated in notification from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges of the College’s continued accreditation.
More recently, in 2012-13, the Office of Planning and Assessment initiated an annual planning process. As part of this process, offices across the program establish and submit annual goals. Details about this process are available through the links on the left.
