W-2
W-2's are mailed by January 31st each year as required by IRS regulations. Questions about W-2s can be directed to the Payroll Office at payroll@middlebury.edu or 443.5461.
Changing your Tax Withholdings
Both state and federal withholdings can be changed at any time. Simply fill out the appropriate form and send to Human Resources.
Print out a new federal W-4 form at the IRS web site: http://www.irs.gov/formspubs/index.html
Print a new Vermont withholding form: http://www.state.vt.us/tax/pdf.word.excel/forms/business/w4vt.pdf
Or come in to Human Resources to obtain a new state or federal form.
