Effective July 1, 2012 the following enhancements to the Continuing Education Fund benefit will go into effect:

• Full-time eligible and part-time benefits-eligible staff will now be able receive up to $5,000 per calendar year from the Continuing Education Fund for tuition and registration costs for approved classes, courses or programs. This is an increase on the current limit of $3,000 per year.
• The full benefits of this program will be extended to staff in part-time benefits-eligible positions. (In the past this amount has been pro-rated for part time benefits-eligible positions.)
