Middlebury College's health and dental insurance plans are easy to use. Employees choose their own providers. Covered services are extensive and include wellness and preventative care.
Effective January 1, 2015 both retail and mail-order prescriptions will be filled by Magellan, instead of by RESTAT (retail)/NEMOP (mail-order) as they have been for the past several years. This change will have no effect on Middlebury’s plan design: prescription co-pays and out-of-pocket maximums will remain the same. The change will result in minimal impact (if any) to most participants.
Participants who are previously used NEMOP for mail order prescriptions will need to initiate a mail-order account with Magellan. You can contact Magellan customer service (1.800.424.0472) for questions or assistance with setting up your mail-order account.

Our plans are administered through CBA Blue, a local company affiliated with Blue Cross / Blue Shield. CBA Blue maintains a web site for Middlebury College covered individuals. You may login into the CBA Blue secure web environment to access your current enrollment, view your claims history, obtain forms, and review your Summary Plan Description (see box at right)
