Dining Services is pleased to offer reasonably priced linens for your event needs. To order linen, please submit the online Linen Rental Form. To guarantee service, orders must be placed at least 7 days prior to the desired pick-up date.
LINEN PICK UP & RETURN INFORMATION:
Linen will be prepared for pick-up. Delivery service is not available.
Linen can be picked up at the loading dock/receiving office at Freeman International Center (FIC).
All orders must be picked up by 1:30 p.m. on the scheduled pick-up day.
Return of linen is expected by 9:00 a.m. the day following the scheduled event.
Charges will continue at a daily rate from the pick-up date until linen is returned.
Following the event, all linen (used or unused) is to be returned to the same location at Freeman International Center (FIC).
For ease of lifting, we ask that returned laundry be distributed evenly amongst the bags provided.
Include a copy of your order with the returned linen to help confirm your return and avoid additional charges.
Table Cloth - $7.00 per cloth - any size
Damask table cloths - $10.00 per cloth
Napkins - $1.50 per napkin
Damask napkin - $2.00 per napkin
Unreturned or damaged table cloths - $50 replacement fee per each
Unreturned or damaged napkins -$5 replacement fee per each
Linen is rented at full cost by the day until returned to Dining Services.
Cancellations must be made 2 business days before the scheduled pick-up date. We regret that cancellations made after that time must be billed at the full cost of the original order.
