Responsible for set up and clean up of lunch at the weekly ES Colloquium Series held on Thursdays.

• Set up tables and monitor flow of event lunch lines
• Prepare trash and compost containers
• Arrange extra chairs in room as necessary
• Clean up tables and dispose of compost at end of event
