Responsibilities

Teaching Assistants for BI310 (General Microbiology) must have taken the course and earned a grade of B or better. The assistantships entail preparation of materials for laboratory, which draws on one's microbiological expertise (BI310). The applicant can expect to spend 6 hours per week preparing for the laboratory, and four to six hours per week overseeing students working in the laboratory. Organizational meetings take place on a weekly basis. Only responsible candidates with an enthusiasm for science need apply.
