• Assists in the preparation of quality baked goods.
  Prepares pies, donuts, cakes, breads, cookies and other bakery goods according to order forms.
• Prepares platters of baked goods for catering functions.
• Cleans work area according to sanitation standards to include equipment, ovens, counters and floors.
