5 hour a week position with the Office of Health and Wellness Education for a student with excellent design and creative skills. The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, excellent computer skills, expertise with Photoshop or other design software, some experience with Drupal, and be available to create funny and effective marketing campaigns for the programming and health/wellness concerns generated by the Office of Health and Wellness. The student will also work on updating our website and on-line calendar.
Education & Training
Student must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Photoshop or other design software, be creative and humorous, and able to create posters and publications that are attractive, clever and eye-catching. Our office creates marketing tools that address sexuality, safer sex, violence against women, alcohol abuse, and smoking cessation - the applicant should be comfortable discussing these topics and using current data (which the office will supply) when creating communications for this office. If selected for an interview, each applicant will be asked to create a poster advertising one of our events as part of the application process.
