Reviewing Applicants

In PeopleAdmin, hiring managers and search committee members assigned to a specific posting have the ability to view applicant information. To do so:

  1. Log in to PeopleAdmin with your Middlebury credentials.
  2. Select Student Supervisor from the user group dropdown (this is the field next to your name). A notification message will display at the top of your screen to verify this update.
  3. Navigate to the Applicant Tracking module by clicking the drop down list below the PeopleAdmin logo in the upper right hand section of your screen.
  4. Click on the Postings tab at the top of your screen. All of your active job postings should now be listed at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click on the posting for which you wish to review candidates.
  6. Click on the Applicants tab.
  7. Select the applicant's name to review their application and materials.
  8. Repeat steps for each applicant record. (To return to the applicant listing screen, use the breadcrumb hyperlinks at the top left of the view screen and select the blue text "Applicant Review".)
