Sexual Assault Resources and Information
Middlebury College is committed to promoting a campus environment where sexual assault and exploitation are recognized as wholly unacceptable, and where survivors of sexual assault are provided support and avenues of redress as appropriate. Sexual assault is not just a misunderstanding or a bad sexual experience; it is a violation of Middlebury College policy, and as defined by the state of Vermont, it is a crime.
This site includes information for students of all gender identities and sexual orientations who may be survivors of sexual assault or harassment, and for the friends and allies who support them.
This site also includes information for students who have been accused of sexual assault, or who are seeking clarity on how to avoid committing sexual assault.
