Minutes October 1, 2012 

1. Cameron Cup

      - Naila is our commissioner — email ICC

      - possible ideas:

            - service hours

            - flag football with Atwater 

2. Global Rhythms

      - FYCs – encourage your halls to sign up

      - Naila – draft an email calling for talent to send out to ICC for distribution

      - we need help running the show 

3. Happy Hour for 21+ (Naila)

      - on a Friday from 5-7 @ Crossroads

      - token system? (pay $5, get some number of drinks)

      - free catered hors d’oeuvres

      - possible date: Homecoming Friday

      - music: Simran will talk to Casual Ales 

4. Gamut Room coupons

      - Gamut Room will give us coupons for first-years and tri-chairs will distribute in Battell

 5. Fall Events

      - Corn Maze: Sarah Pfander will investigate (weekend before Halloween)

      - Commons Creep (haunted basement poss. w/ Cook; bobbing for apples; Gamut Room treats; blacklight party in Gamut Room; America’s Next Top Monster costume competition)

            - Tri-chairs will talk to ICC

      - Fall Break: Stanis will lead hike; game night

      - Family dinner Wednesday Oct. 3

      - Fondue Oct. 5 with families – apples, cheese, caramel, cider doughnuts, cider

      - HOPE apple processing (Simran)
