Student Conduct Outcomes

As a community, we are constantly exploring questions about what actions strengthen and undermine our commitment to an environment characterized by respect, integrity, responsibility, inclusion and safety. Having a shared and accurate sense of ourselves is critical to this process. This Web resource is therefore designed to further the Middlebury community’s understanding of the range of undergraduate student conduct concerns that arise at Middlebury during the academic year, and the range of sanctions assigned to those actions.

As you review the information below, please remember that each member of the Middlebury community, regardless of position, has an important role to play in reinforcing our shared expectations and obligations, and holding ourselves, and each other, accountable for meeting them.

Annual Review of College Disciplinary Actions

Viewing the reports below is restricted to Middlebury students, faculty members, and staff members.

Judicial Log

From the fall of 2007 through the spring of 2011, the Judicial Log was published to provide an overview of actions by the Academic Judicial Board, the Community Judicial Board, and the judicial affairs officer through the Disposition Without Hearing process. This format has now been expanded to include all student conduct outcomes through all disciplinary processes, as noted above.
