Sexual Violence Resources and Information

Middlebury College is committed to promoting a campus environment where sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking and exploitation are not tolerated, and where every member of the community is expected to do their part to prevent and address violence. The campus is also committed to providing survivors and all community members affected by sexual and relationship violence support and avenues of redress as appropriate.  Sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking are violations of Middlebury College policy, and as defined by the state of Vermont, are crimes.

This site includes information for students, faculty, and staff of all gender identities and sexual orientations who may be survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking and for the friends, family, co-workers, peers, and allies who support them.

This site also includes information for students who have been accused of sexual assault, or who are seeking clarity on how to avoid committing sexual assault.
